I have purchased the RX 7800 XT on September 6, 2023 from a website which can be found on the AMD Rewards page as the "Retailer" website in my country. I will not mention its name because there may be some violations. On the exact same date, September 6, AMD updated its “Q3 2023 AMD Starfield Gaming Bundle Promotion” to include new graphics cards like the RX 7700 XT and RX 7800 XT.
Thereupon, when I contacted the consumer representative of this store, they claimed that I don't have any right to request this game because the game was not listed on their website.
Could the partially join such campaign in which they only give these codes in selected non-changable items? When this store collaborates with AMD who updates their requirements on a campaign, shouldn't they also update their requirements? Do I have the right to ask them for this game?
