As long as you have a PCIex16 slot on the motherboard it will be compatible.

Why do you ask?

What problems are your having?

I have an Radeon with me. Looking for a compatble MoBo I found this Asus. Its Manual says, when describing the product: PCI Express 3.0/2.0x16 slot

Is this the slot for my Radeon?

If you have a 400 Series motherboard it should have a PCIe x 16 which it does - PCI Express 3.0/2.0x16 slot.

Normally it is the slot closest to the CPU that you use to install your GPU Card.

Also the PCIe x 16 slot version 2.0 or 3.0 might depend on which processor you have installed. But your GPU card will work in either 3.0 or 2.0 PCIe x 16 slot.

Not sure if this is the Asus B450M motherboard you have but in the specs it mentions the PCIe slots that it has: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-B450M-A/specifications/

Normally GPU cards needs PCIe x16 (x16 mode or x8 mode) to work correctly.
