I have problem with my new computer. ITs pretty much the same as

The computer won't boot and is in a loop. Sometimes it boots up in a few minutes, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes restarting helps sometimes not.. I tried use another card (GTX 1070) and the computer booted OK. I tried putting the RX 7800XT in another PC as well and it worked. I tried reinstalling the computer and manually installing the GPU driver and the chipset driver, then the PC booted immediately 5 days in a row, but today it's in a loop again. Thanks for any help.
