I had someone help me freshly build a pc i have r7 9700x, rx 7800 xt, corsair rm1000e, msi pro b650-s wifi. I can get pc to boot fine with gtx 1660 super but after a couple different bios flashes and playing with pcie auto Gen 4 Gen 3 options I cannot get the rx7800 xt to boot, I have also sent one back assuming it was defective but new one came and still same issues, vga on nothing else black screen, the person that built the majority is busy just seeing if there's any other opinions out there. Side note how rare is it to get 2 bad gpus in a row is it even possible?
