Cannot stream using AMD Relive. Stream does not work. How to fix "The video download was cancelled. Please try again. (Error #1000)"?

For some reason I keep getting an error on my stream that says

"The video download was cancelled. Please try again. (Error #1000)".

Meaning nobody can view it. I really need help.

First you need to move this thread  to the appropriate AMD Forum like Drivers & Software‌.

Also it might be very helpful to get your computer setup including Windows, GPU card, AMD Driver installed, etc you have.

Did this error occur right after updating the AMD Driver or before without updating the AMD Driver?

Once you post your Make & Model of your GPU card and AMD Driver installed it will help in troubleshooting your issue.
