Problem:
I can use my pc consistently without issue no random stutters or lag but if i restart at any time my pc just refuses to boot inconsistently,
this is my first build which wasn't a prebuilt so sorry if it ends up being a simple fix, the only thing i could think at this point is upgrading cpu later on will likely help but uncertain, unsure on manual tuning so haven't really done much on that. did have the same issue on boot but starting to think it was due to fast boot in power plan as hasn't happened for a while
