I was trying to install Vivado, so I downloaded the file shown below:
The problem occurs when I reach the last step of the installation when it asks me for user authentication. In this step, I don t know how many time I have introduced my user and passwords, but this window always reappears and don't let me continue the installation.
I'm sure that the password and username are correct. And I'm using the same user from whom I bought the software.
