On the latest 23.3.2 drivers with a 5800X3D, fps cap at default, all settings in-game at low, 1080p, 390Hz monitor, and I'm occasionally seeing very high GPU utilization. Is that normal? Temp 41*c Junction temp 48*c CPU usage ~30%
