can't get monitors to work

MY FIRST TIME WITH AMD. BOUGHT RYZEN 5 1600 , ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F MOTHERBOARD AND CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 16 GB MEMORY.MONITORS ( I HAVE 2) BLANK. FOUND THIS CPU DOESNT HAVE GRAPHICS. BOUGHT A VISIONTEC RADEON 5450 2GB DDR3 GRAPHICS CARD AND PLUGED INTO MOTHER BOARD. STILL BLANK MONITORS. HELP PLEASE.   I HAD AN INTEL M/B AND I3 CPU THAT BOTH MONITORS WHEN BLANK. SWAPPED MONITORS. STILL BLANK WILL SHOW 'NO SIGNAL' WHEN POWERED UP. SO I FIGURED M/B FAILED. (NOTHING ON MONITORS ON START UP) PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO MAKE THIS WORK OR WHAT PARTS ARE WRONG. THANKS

There should be a code on the MOBO where the manufacturer support of the motherboard can help, or google what this code means. This is how you can isolate the error if the BIOS does not start. I also had such a problem, which I solved with the support after several attempts: the CPU cooling was screwed on too tight, solved one turn and finally continued. With a self-built PC for around 1650 euros, that was very stressful.
