Is the target workstation powered on or off at time of discovery?
Does the target workstation have Wake on LAN enabled in BIOS?
Have you installed the client on the target workstation?

This is a solution for management of remote computers over a network.
Are you stating you're trying to manage your local computer using this?

Why? If you're physically on your local computer why do you need to use a utility designed for remote management to access it?
If you're just trying to test how it works and don't have a second computer to connect to you could try connecting to 127.0.0.1 but no idea if the app will accept that. You really should setup a second computer for this.
