I have a Radeon RX 6600 and when i install the driver of AMD and restart pc for no reason my GPU card is in 60% without reason and if i play some game and close it my GPU stay in 60% without reason. I don't have any one app on second plan without being the steam, AMD driver, windows security, discord and rockstar launcher, but if i go to the task manager the Radeon settings is pulling 60% without reason again, i will put the video link of the bug or error. https://youtu.be/Xo0gbJbF8Pk
