I buy a amd radeon rx 6800 xt on amazon and have a reward code. I download the pvt.sh tool from amd reward website but the tool says i not have any amd product installed.

Video card works fine but the reward tool can not detect the radeon card. How to debug the tool?

Need a Windows OS (according to the T & C), you should use the support contact on the amdrewards site.

They may have an alternate solution.

But the .sh file is a linux executable, i download this from official amd reward website. If can not claim the reward from linux, why i can download a linux reward tool from website?. I use steam and games works fine.

AMD Rewards website has not a topic for this issuse: https://www.amdrewards.com/support and has not a email contact. The users are abandoned and require use this forum as unique contact medium.

Doesn't linux OS have normal mouse/keyboard usability ?
