Can I play game on 3 monitors and record or stream only what is on one monitor?

I played warzone 2 on 3 monitors and its amazing.

dirt rally 2 and efootball 2023 are amazing on 3 monitors.t

dota 2 and company of heroes 3 have streched image on left and right monitor and its not good.

mirrors edge did not run and both ori games did not recognize 5760x1080 resolution but maybe I can fix that in some file.

Now I have desire for stronger gpu and my wallet will not be happy.

Can I play game on 3 monitors and record or stream only what is on one monitor?

Would that be select active window in the record & stream options?

with eyefinity displays are merged and all 3 will be recorded.
