When I switch to night light and I'm using the gpu minimally, for example watching a video, the screen has black lines or a glitch effect and I honestly don't know why it happens.

My computer is an ASUS TUF GAMING FX505DY
Ryzen 5 3550h
16gb 2400mhz
Vega 8 256mb
RX 560x 4gb

i have the same behavior on latest drivers on 2500u processor with vega 8 graphics, i was thinking my laptop was starting to break, using the drivers that came with windows update it doesnot happen its a old driver from 2020 but build for the windows 10 22H2. using any othr driver it happens, i think something changed on windows 10 22H2 that amd drivers doesnot have changed yet, i hope future versions will fix that rolling windows back is a pain but is the only way to use with new drivers,also i use virtualbox and windows 10 22H2 breaks a lot with 3d acelleration.

its both amd and microsoft problems with their software.

windows 10 21h2 with latest drivers, have the same glitching, but fixed the virtualbox one.

gonna try other driver version and put a answer of what version works fine.

the graphical glitching is not really a problem its just annoying, but im having many randon crashes, and software just dont launch with latest drivers, it's a pain to work with a unstable computer and be with the fear that it will crash anytime, and lose everything you done with your the time redo everything.

for some reason this is on stable release. 

also i have reinstaled windows recently thinking the problem was just with windows updates goes bad.

this is a recurring almost ayear old problem that started with drivers i noticed because updated the driver recently.

i know for sure its a problem with vega graphics(MAYBE vega 8 expecific) if you have other dedicated graphics just disable vega.

i dont know if the problem exists with other amd graphics.

any  version startind with 31 will have the glitching freezing and randon bsod problem, tested.

older versions that starts with 30 or 27 works fine tested various driver versions on windows 10 21h2,

now i'm going to tast that drivers on windows 10 22h2 and post the results.

windows 10 22h2 is working the same as 21h2. 

the problem with virtualbox is with virtualbox it doesnot have good drivers for windows 10 22h2 as guest system, i can use the 21h2 as guest and everything is working as expected i hope in future versions of amd drivers those problems are solved.

if you have vega 8 on your system just use drivers starting with 30 or 27.

the last version of adrenalin who has the driver 30 is 22-6-1
