anyway to stop amd from asking if i want to load a new graphics driver on every startup ?

I had to load a windows 7 graphics driver in my windows 8.1 system in order to get my rx570 gpu recognized. It seems to be working but every startup the amd catalyst screen comes up asking if I want to update my driver . Anyway to stop this ?

No resolution yet, but submit a ticket with AMD and hopefully they will address it.

What driver vers.(18.x.x, 19.x.x) ?

You could upgrade to Windows 10 so you do not have to hack a driver install
