Annoying problem without knowing its origin

Hello!

Here's the thing, the other day I was doing a Stream on Twitch like I normally do every day and out of nowhere everything starts to lag, in other words it looked like Slideshow's, but not only in the game it was everywhere, in the broadcast program ( OBS ) and in Windows, like I moved the mouse and only after 4 or 5 seconds the pointer moved, it took forever to restart the PC until I reached the button to click and restart the PC

I restarted and problem solved. Then I searched for something (I don't even know how to search) and they said Hardware Accelerated Scheduling (something like that in Windows) and I actually had it activated, so I deactivated it and went on with my life with the problem solved.

But no, after almost a month the problem returned, with a lot of cost (because really everything is at startup in Windows) I opened the Task Manager and with another cost out of nowhere I finished the task of the NZXT CAM program responsible for the speed and rgb of the fans and as soon as I closed this Windows returned to normal. And now I had discovered the problem, that is, whenever I turned on Windows, I turned off the program to prevent this situation from happening.

Now comes the interesting part, I was on Windows just fine with just 3 tabs open and what happens?? Yes, the problem again, and with yet another cost of slowness I went to see if I had forgotten to close NZXT CAM and to my amazement it was closed, nothing appeared in the Task Manager.... now comes the best part, I FINISHED the task browser and the PC doesn't return to normal!

So there seems to be some pattern here that I can't figure out.

Like it was at great temperatures, both the CPU and GPU, Ram consumption was at 28%, what I need to try to see/change is Windows because I have Windows 11 version 24H2

My PC is new

Consisting of a 7800X3D and an RTX 4070 32GB of Ram 850W Seasonic power supply

I can't find the problem, but what's strange is, closing something in the task manager and it's solved.

However, on my notebook PC I have the same Windows with the same version and this does not happen. It is a basic Notebook PC with an eighth generation i5 without an integrated graphics card

Note - I have everything up to date when it comes to drives and Bios.

It sounds frustrating! You might try setting your power settings to “High Performance” and reinstalling GPU drivers with DDU to rule out driver conflicts. Since NZXT CAM is sometimes buggy, try alternative monitoring software to see if that helps. Disable unnecessary startup. Hopefully, one of these steps helps!

Hello!

Thanks for your response!

The situation is really quite frustrating. I would update this post soon.
But apparently, I think I solved the problem, so far I haven't had this problem anymore.

How did I solve it? I simply formatted my C: disk and installed Windows 10, I've already installed it for a week and I haven't had any problems yet. It actually solved this problem and all the others.

I also did not install the Adrenalin Software (there were also reports of some problems), just the processor driver (integrated graphics), as I have an RTX.

(if the same thing happened I'll come back here)
