So I created an account with AMD rewards and logged in and claimed 1/3 of my reward games, and now when I try to log back in to clam my 2nd reward of DMC 5 the log in screen says: A user with this e-mail does not exist. then when I try and re-register using that e-mail address it says user already exists. This is really confusing me as I want to claim my 2nd reward of DMC 5 which I took time off of work to play on release and I can't access it even though i'm receiving the e-mail from AMD rewards to claim my game. Can anyone help?
