thank you for your answer Elstaci. I found a solution on chip.de. For German buyers there is a amd hotline that you can use to call back. 089 450 53 199
If for some reason AMD Store did ship out 3 GPUs or CPUs to your address, All you have to do to get a refund is to refuse 2 of the 3 three shipments.
As soon as AMD Store receives the hardware back they will issue a Refund. This may take a while though.
Here is AMD Store FAQ: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/amdonlinestorefaq
NOTE: If the CPU or GPU is being restricted by AMD to one per person or household, if you ordered 3 then most likely all 3 orders will be cancelled by AMD STORE.
But since AMD deducted payment for all 3 hardware indicates that AMD Store has sent it to the warehouse to be shipped.
im missing 2260€ on my account which I don't have at the moment. how long should i have to wait for the money, christmas is over if i don't get my money back. btw when i try to call up the order i get the message. The order number was not found.
why is there no contact form in the shop to change orders?
Good job AMD, as a global company incapable of running a shop!
As far as I am aware there is no direct Contact with AMD Store. Just the AMD STORE FAQ.
It is possible all the orders have been cancelled or is under review by AMD Store thus not showing up under "Orders"
I would wait at least a week, if you haven't heard anything from AMD Store or under Orders there still is no orders found you might want to dispute the Credit Card charge with your Credit Card issuer.
Hopefully AMD Store catches the error and reverses the charges on the entire order and contacts you about what to do next.

Thanks for the update.
So you didn't purchase your AMD Hardware from AMD Store but through a German Retailer CHIP.DE?
If I would have known that information my answer would have been different. Your Original Post seemed to indicate that you purchased it directly from AMD Store and not a online Retailer.
I am not aware that a Non-AMD Retailer would have direct contact with AMD Store except maybe if you purchased a AMD hardware from a Retailer and AMD Store helps you out with the purchase as mentioned in FAQ of AMD Store.
no i bought from amd.com but i found the hotline phone number on chip.de, its a computer magazine. was maybe a bit misleading because I used google translate
Really amazed that that type of information is available for AMD STORE customers at a German Retailer but not available from AMD STORE Website.
Anyways, At least other German speaking AMD STORE Customers can now call that number that you posted to contact AMD STORE directly.
iam really amazed too but not in a positive way. I hope that the support employee has also processed the ticket, so far I have not received a ref-id
EDIT: Attention please don't read this before you read the next post
@elstaci, its funny, if i want to reply to your next post i became an error message (post flooding detected(user tried to post more than 6 messages within 21600 seconds)).
according to the motto. If you can't solve your problem within 6 posts, you won't solve it in this life.
ok back to the topic, here is your answer to your next post @elstaci
this is an AMD hotline where you can be forwarded to various areas, including the shop support. you can leave your country code + phone number there and you will be called back.
In case the number you posted isn't a direct Contact with AMD Store will you please post back that information also.
Thanks
The number you posted is for AMD INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE which is the same department as American AMD CUSTOMER SERVICE contact.
I didn't mentioned that route before because I didn't believe they were able to help AMD STORE customers.
