Hello I have started two tickets 537925 & 539133. The first ticket(537925) I realized I didn't put enough information in the ticket. So I created the second ticket(539133). I have not received a reply! It was been over 3 days! This is the longest I have ever waited to receive a reply! I would appreciate some kind of answer!
