AMD Rewards: Unable to register due to AMDs incompetence

Sorry for being so direct, but there is no way to say this in a more 'polite' way.

AMD is eigher trying to screw the rewards users, or they are totally incompetent.

If you try to interact with amdrewards.com in ANY way, like registering a new account or claiming a code, which needs a working email address, this is doomed to fail if your provider is using even the lowest and most basic form of spam protection.

AMDrewards is sending their emails through a mailserver which is not sticking to the standard mailing rules, or sends emails which are not passing the standard mailchecks. And I mean the absolute BASICS.

For example: The IP Address should always match the (reverse) DNS record. But here:

How do I know this is from AMDrewards?
Well, the used email address is ONLY used on amdrewards.com. And no where else. AND this log is taken in realtrime. one second after I hit the "send confirmation email" button.

So there are only two possibillities:

  1. AMD is actively trying to make it as hard as possible for users to get their rewards, by sabotaging amdrewards.com and the registration process
  2. AMD is absolutely incompetent in running their own services.

Both is equally frightening and outraging.

The most mocking part: If you try to contact support, telling them that their email system is **bleep**ed, they send you an email in response.

Guess from which email server...

Sorry to post this here, but I am absolutely pissed and have  no other option than to vent here. Since there is NO OPTION TO CONTACT ANYONE!
