Sorry for being so direct, but there is no way to say this in a more 'polite' way.
AMD is eigher trying to screw the rewards users, or they are totally incompetent.
If you try to interact with amdrewards.com in ANY way, like registering a new account or claiming a code, which needs a working email address, this is doomed to fail if your provider is using even the lowest and most basic form of spam protection.
AMDrewards is sending their emails through a mailserver which is not sticking to the standard mailing rules, or sends emails which are not passing the standard mailchecks. And I mean the absolute BASICS.
For example: The IP Address should always match the (reverse) DNS record. But here:
2023-09-09T01:40:00.409456+02:00 mail postfix/smtpd[1463]: warning: hostname o2.email.raymentcollins.co does not resolve to address 192.254.113.5

How do I know this is from AMDrewards?
Well, the used email address is ONLY used on amdrewards.com. And no where else. AND this log is taken in realtrime. one second after I hit the "send confirmation email" button.
So there are only two possibillities:
- AMD is actively trying to make it as hard as possible for users to get their rewards, by sabotaging amdrewards.com and the registration process
- AMD is absolutely incompetent in running their own services.
Both is equally frightening and outraging.
The most mocking part: If you try to contact support, telling them that their email system is **bleep**ed, they send you an email in response.
Guess from which email server...
Sorry to post this here, but I am absolutely pissed and have no other option than to vent here. Since there is NO OPTION TO CONTACT ANYONE!
