I recently bought an AMD CPU that came with a free game. Upon attempting to login and claim the game, the AMD Rewards page just says "Too many login attempts, please try again later." It said this when I had only attempted to login once. I tried to make a new account with a separate email and upon clicking submit, it also says "Too many login attempts, Please try again later." I was not even able to create a new account. Furthermore, I attempted to submit a support ticket for this issue and it said my submission could not be completed at this time. What is going on here?
I have tried to login using three different browsers (Chrome, Opera GX and Edge) with no success. I have also cleared browser cache and cookies with no success. I am not running any VPN, Ad blockers or tracking blockers... It seems something is clearly broken on AMD's end.
If anyone had this issue and was able to fix it in the past, I would greatly appreciate the information. Thank You.
