AMD Rewards Quake Champions no code after sending proofs to the support

So i created amd rewards account, entered code, sent proof. After that i got an email that said: "Congratulations on reserving Quake Champions! We will update your account and notify you as soon as the game code is available."


5 days have passed, but i still got nothing.
