So i got the coupon for those 3 games that are in promotion right now, and when i enter my coupon in AMD rewards i get an error saying i need to verify my coupon and send support ticket with screenshot of my mail where i got it. How long do i need to wait for verification so i can claim the reward?

Hi, I have the same problem. I sent a ticket (ticket number: 506370) to AMD Rewards support with my coupon and invoice for verification 2 days ago. Still waiting for answer. Can anyone help us? Thank you.

In the same boat as you,still waiting on a reply from support. Sent two screenshots of both emailed receipt and the one from Newegg where I bought the card. I just wanna play The Division 2.
