I have the AMD Radeon Pro 7745 and I would like to get a new monitor:

This has a resolution of 7680 x 2160, and it appears that it needs HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 2.1, does my Radeon support either of those?

your Motherboard Specs will tell your IGPU specs. So depends on which Motherboard you purchase or have.

So it seems from the above Motherboard specs it supports HDMI 2.1 and DP 1.4
