so, I downloaded the verification tool to claim my copy of Tom Clansy's the Division 2, but it gave me 2 different error messages. The first message I get is: "Your PVT copy is not genuine, please download the application again." this is what I get after launching it straight after installing. If I then shut down the tool and restart it, it says: "Wrong DNS server" although this second message is not always showing up.

Previous suggestion have been turn on browser hardware acceleration, try different browser(hwa on), disable any adblockers, then uninstall/reinstall the tool.
