AMD PC Builder - How do I get approval?

I am a small PC builder and would like to offer my PCs for sale on Amazon. Amazon has requested proof that I have approval from AMD that I am allowed to sell PCs with AMD processors. They said an email, contract, document, etc. would work. How do I get that email, document, contract, etc to provide to Amazon that I may proceed with my business?

Beuler? Anyone?

I am not looking for like full OEM partner status, as I am just starting out and a small bespoke PC builder. But I need some kind of document showing that I am allowed to sell PCs with AMD chips in them, is all. It seems this would be fairly simple to get but so far have no idea where to start.
