Just noticed a BLUE CIRCLE with a Person image in the middle. Looks like something similar to a Chat Icon in other websites except this Icon is to enable features to help those with reading or vision disabilities:

Also noticed that AMD created new Forums where you needed in the past to go to another website like Xlinx Support and AI Support:

Server Processors used to be called SERVER GURU and Adaptive SoC and FPGA Forum is actually AMD XLINX SUPPORT.
NOTE: The Accessibility Menu might have been around a while I just never bothered to click on the icon since I didn't know what it will do.
