Amd drivers crashes windows 11!!!

Hello.

I have today uninstalled radeon amd adrenalin, then my second screen was not available (black monitor) and not relevable. So I have reinstalled the software from the original site and drivers too. My pc does not restart anymore ( static grey screen after logo of my motherboard). I can't do anything! Safe mode soes not work. Troubleshooting does not work. Formatting C: does not work. Creating windows creation tool does not work. I have a 3k pc, that it is new with 7800x3d and rtx 4070.

Please help me!!

  1. CMOS reset your BIOS. Note this will reset the BIOS to default settings. Make a backup of your BIOS settings first if you wish.
  2. Your mobo may be set to use the iGPU by default. Trying using your mobo's video port, preferably DisplayPort (HDMI has compatibility issues with Windows Safe Mode and can give you a black screen).
  3. Try temporarily disabling Resizable BAR and Above 4G Decoding in your BIOS.
  4. Make sure you're on the latest non-beta version of your BIOS.
