AMD direct-buy directs me to en/direct-buy/il, which has prices in USD and Euros at the same time.

Also, when trying to checkout, USA is the only country in the address field list.

Is direct-buy actually supported in Israel?

By Direct Buy you are referring to purchasing AMD Hardware directly from AMD Store here is the countries it ships to: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/amdonlinestorefaq
