AMD Adrenalin taking a long time to start.

AMD Adrenalin taking a long time to auto start when the pc turns on...
The only thing turned on to start when the computer turns on is AMD Adrenalin...
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
I remember that I uninstalled a version of C++ and there was an error with AMD Adrenalin, but after installing C++ it started working normally again, but with this slowness to start...

I'd skipped a couple of Adrenalin releases.  When I updated from my old version to 24.7.1, I also ended up with a slow-loading Adrenalin.  It now takes 40 seconds after everything else has loaded in Windows 10 after boot for Adrenalin to load.
