amazon gives me game code rx 590 and they do not work!

the day January 9 I received the graph (rx590) and after many calls to amazon send me a code and to exchange it indicates that it is used ...

now amazon tells me to claim amd ...

Can someone help?

If you read the T & C, https://www.amdrewards.com/terms and followed the instructions, you then need to use the Support form on that site for further help if there is an issue.

Guess you'll have to wait & see then, it's not as if you can play the games before their release date/s.
