Windows has the Adrenaline UI where you can tune your settings and update your drivers. Does AMD have that same Adrenaline UI program for Linux?
Have you checked out CoreCtrl? I haven't used the software myself but after a little searching I think this may be close to what you are looking for.
Doesn't that only provide cooling controls? It doesn't appear to allow me to modify any graphics configurations.
The AMDGPU drivers are provided by the Linux kernel. They update when the kernel updates.
