I'm getting single digit fps in most games. god of war i get around 15 and lies of p i get in the mid twenties. i built in a hyte y60 case so i cant plug my gpu directly into the mother board but i have checked multiple times that it was seated all the way. i have a 7600x, 7800xt and pro b650m-a wifi motherboard. first time builder and i'd really love some help with this

Adrenalin shows your 7800XT as primary now, and the monitor should be connected to the card, not the motherboard.
You can also right-click the Radeon Graphics in Device Manager and select Disable.
It's showing GPU1 as the integrated Radeon Graphics of your 7600X processor which is probably why you're getting such low performance.
Does your 7800XT show up in Windows Device Manager?
Do you have your monitor cable connected to the motherboard or to the 7800XT card?
If you don't need the integrated graphics of the processor I would disable it in the BIOS so that only the 7800XT is used, or at least set it to use PCIe first.
First, let me say thank you so much for replying to me. I've been trying to get help with this for the better half of a month. Second, i tried to switch my HDMI cable from my motherboard to my GPU when i first saw my performance was so low. Third, I don't know how to do the bios part. Could you possibly walk me through it to some degree. I'm typing this response before I actually try it though so if it's cut-and-dry I might've already done it.
Didn't mention this, but when i switched my HDMI cable from my motherboard to my GPU, my monitor went blank.
Not entirely sure what i did but my GPU is showing up in Adrenaline now.
I'm getting amazing FPS in Hogwarts Legacy and Lies Of P, but, when i try to open God of War. I freeze. I am now pluged into my GPU for a display on my monitor
