Adrenalin messes up my HDR

Good Afternoon all,

This my second attempt at trying to find a solution to my problem.

My HDR is all messed up and no Google search has yielded me any sort of viable solution to fixing the problem. What I do know, is that every Adrenalin update since 24.8.1 has been the culprit and I have no idea how to fix it. In the past, Windows 11 HDR would sometimes bonk itself out and I would have to turn it off and turn it back on and that seemed to fix the issue in the past. Now that doesn't even fix it.

The range is either way too compressed or washed out. I wish I could take a screen grab and show everyone but it would do me any good anyways. I have made sure everything is updated on my PC, I've done the stupid Windows HDR calibration app and that just made things worse, and I have done countless google searches and nothing seems to point me in the right direction.

I updated to 24.10.1 last night hoping the issue somehow got fixed after sitting at 24.6.1 for the longest time, but the issue still persists. This is a very annoying issue as it has made gameplay on certain games next to impossible and I can't even play newly released games without being forced to update (I was going to get BO6 but that isn't going to happen).

If anyone or even the AMD team themselves has any sort of viable fix for the issue, I plead you let me know. I will post my PC Specs below:

OS: Win 11 Pro

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700x

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT

RAM: 32GB DDR4

HDR Monitor: Dell S2721DGF Monitor running at 165Hz (Have a Dell SDR Monitor running at 144 Hz as well, matching the refresh rates has not fixed it either)

Thank you all for your time.
