for me, i don't use the restore mode for install adrenalin as the way to ban window update the driver is so easy. however, the option to keep game profile only are available when u use restore manufacture mode only . for ppl don't use this option to install the driver, AMD should add a way to do similar things or left over the .ini or the game profile when using cleanup app , so ppl don't need to set up again and again for game profile.
