Ive been having consistant issues with my computer for 4 years at this point, I'm tired and just want the headaches to stop. This has been my PC gaming journey so far with each issue https://pastebin.com/fFbNYrYu  . Its a longer read and I don't expect 90% of people to care but I needed to voice this somewhere as its been rough.  

For others ill be technical and list all the issues I had and the solutions along with the current issues because maybe there's correlation.

1. DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG- Gpu level crash mainly in Dx12 games, that expanded into general PC usage like chrome and photoshop

   1. Bought new Power supply
      1. No impact of crashing
   2. Bought new motherboard
      1. No impact of crashing
   3. RMA'd gpu
      1. No impact of crashing
   4. Bought new low-end PC for testing parts
      1. Ram was the culprit and the games started working

2. Gpu level crash when idle in some games

   1. Swapped motherboard
      1. No impact of crashing

3. Random system crashes that turned into BSOD, then Os became corrupted

   1. Upgraded Os to windows 11
      1. Fixed Issue

4. Gpu Max Vram usage in idle and in games

   1. Ran CRU and did recemended steps
      1. No impact on usage
   2. Lowered refresh rate from 165hz to 50
      1. Dropped the cram usage from 1750mhz to 200mhz usage, technically fixed but I reverted back for obvious reasons

5. Low Fps in majority of games compared to others with the same card, marginal performance in most titles according to the radeon overlay. 

   1. Lowered settings
      1. Again, technically a fix but clearly not an oportune solution.
   2. Fsr
      1. Marginal Improvemnt considering the graphical decline
   3. live with it
      1. My only choice
6. Bluetooth not working on my $40 Tp Link Archer T5E AC1200 WiFi - Bluetooth Combo Adapter. 
   1. Works with my Asus crosshair vi hero, but that mobo is no longer working
   2. I tried a Bluetooth dongle and that doesn't work either

7. Complete system crash when in Gta V

   1. This was today and prompted me to come here.

Over the span of these 4 years I have reinstalled drivers after running DDU

Swapped to every driver version under the sun

Reinstalled windows numerous times.

If its the general basic troubleshooting I've done it after nearly every step.

I do not overclock, and yes I've tried undervolting/underclocking

I clean my components, I have the optimized defaults on my mobo.

Please ask any questions even if you cant help the question might uncover helpful information. Im at a loss, I'm begging for help at this point, if you can help me figure out just one of these issues you are a life saver.
