So, I am the owner of an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-43 NH.Q5XEU.038. The configuration of my laptop includes an AMD Ryzen 7 3750h with Vega 8, 16 GB of RAM, and an AMD RX 560x (mobile). The problem is that the discrete graphics card does not show up in the Device Manager or anywhere else at all. The situation is better with driver percentage – the graphics card appears after restarting the laptop every other time. With the drivers installed, the discrete graphics are completely absent. However, when the laptop is idle, a blue screen appears with the code "driver power state failure." This error does not occur under load. I suspect that this error arises when switching from discrete graphics to integrated graphics. Before the blue screen appears, the cursor stops working. The drivers were installed from the manufacturer's website. The operating system has been recently updated. "Data" in Device Manager gives this error code:
