Hey guys! Could someone help me or give advise how to set up OBS for 5700xt?

Here is my PC:

i7-8700K @ 5.0
Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Elite

CHIEFTEC GPS-700A8, 700w

G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 3200 CL16 (2x8GB) @ 3500 CL15

XFX Radeon RX 5700 XT THICC III Ultra @ with undervolting
SSD Samsung 860 EVO 500GB

27" Iiyama G-Master G2730HSU-B1, 16:9, TN+f, 75Hz, 1ms

Idk why, but sometimes OBS get encoding overload on AVC Encoder(AMD Advanced Media Framework) encoder.

I am playing Wow up to 100-200fps. 

What i tried to do and that did not help:

1. different twitch servers 

2. 4000-6500 bitrate

3. all quality presets

4. base (canvas) and output (scaled) resolution to 1280x720

5. fps 30, 48, 60

6. fps lock to 75-100 in Wow. Did not help, same overload.

7. windows game mode ON and OFF

8. windows security all settings ON and OFF

I attached my OBS settings and some OBS logs. Please help.

I have the same issue.

My stream just stop after some hours playing games, usually league of legends so not that much gpu usage.

The logs say "Input Queue is full, encoder is overloaded!"

I've tried many settings, even low quality with 720p/60fps , bitrate : 3000 and so many other settings, but still have the problem.

I am currently trying to stream with Amd Adrenaline software. It's been now 5 hours of streaming and I have no issue for the moment. What is amd adrenaline settings for streaming ? (x264 or h265?)

Hey, 1080p will be very difficult depending on the game. 720p 60fps at 6000bit seems good so far no econder lag.
Preset: blank
Quality fast

Profile: main

Level auto

CBR

Pre-pass dissable

Bitrate 6000

QP min 18

Qp max 27 (Depend of movement of the screen this may need to be higher)

Fill data on

High quality Motion On

Buffer vbv auto, you can manually tweak this if you want

the rest default.
I will recommend you to update your obs first
