Recently upgraded to windows 11 and so far no problems outside Radeon overlay totally tanks performance and locks fps to 40 fps in all games when activated, I'm at locked 60fps until the overlay is activated.. I need to restart my pc for the 40fps to go away again. Tried this many times and always the same.
I have tried the newest drivers and hotfix driver, both clean installs but no dice.
its not a huge issue but it renders the overlay useless. I am interested if anyone else has the same problem.
