Firstly, is your PSU strong enough?
Secondly, reinstalling the drivers have solved the issue for some. This needs to be a clean install, and you do so by choosing factory reset in the beginning of the driver installation, and be sure to also delete saved precepts. This could fix the issue.
Thirdly, some users reported positively by turning of hardware acceleration in web browsers, and not having discord app running in background.
