i have ryzen 3 3300x, after 6 months my pc always resetting, i try to change all parts except my processor, but still wont go, i try to reformat, it wont continue, because always  resetting,

AMD Ryzen 3 3300X w/ Gigabyte B450M Aorus B450 M

Change my mother with another B450M Aorus B450 M

i change also my m.2 , psu

Did you need to upgrade your BIOS to F40 or newer when you purchased the Ryzen 3 3300X processor for your motherboard: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450-AORUS-M-rev-1x/support#support-dl-bios

Is you RAM Module Part Number listed on your Motherboard's QVL List for RAM MEMORY for the 3000 series Processor: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450-AORUS-M-rev-1x/support#support-doc

If you RAM is listed and your computer is still constantly crashing or shutting down that can also be due to overheating, Overclocking, Power, RAM incompatibility, or defective hardware.

Run OCCT CPU and PSU test and see if it shuts down during the Stress test.  Keep a close eye on Temperature and Fan speeds and PSU Outputs during the testing.

If the CPU Temperature goes above 95c that is your problem. The processor is overheating and probably shutting down once it reaches a critical temperature above 95c.

my bios is update, i try similar mother, still resetting, i change my RAM PSU, M.2 storage , still resetting

Open a AMD Support - Warranty ticket and see if they believe your processor needs to be RMAed to be checked from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

That is if you purchased your AMD processor within the last 3 years.
