RX 580

Hi Guys,

 I have recently purchased a new system which came with the RX 580 Red Devil graphics card installed - I have noticed that the fans are not running on this card.
Do they only turn on when the card reaches a certain temperature? - anything I need to enable in software etc?

PowerColor call it Mute Fan Technology, fans don't spin under 60 Celsius.

 

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

great, thanks for quick feedback - temp' was only 35C

I did find a manual setting that switched the fans on and brought the temp' down to 28C - was just worried that the fans weren't working...
