So, I know I overdid it and yes, it was done on purpose for private reasons, however, I'd like to know if the performance of my AMD Ryzen 5 2400G along with the integrated graphics AND along with dual-channel 16GB ram sticks, will perform just as good as 2x8 or perhaps worse/better.

Assuming equal frequency (e.g. DDR4-3200), and equal timings (e.g. 14-14-14-28), then performance will be equal.

 a pair of 16GB will do fine using the integrated graphics

depending on how much software you want to use the extra memory can make windows run a bit better, especially from hard disk based machines

dual channel can be quite a bit better and using 4 identical sticks is even better
