128G Memory modules for AMD Threadripper 3995WS

I would like to know if somebody built a workstation with this kind of Memory for Threadripper 3995WS?
Here is the information for the Asus motherboard:
Pro WS WRX80E-Sage SE WiFi
And here are the specs for the Memory:
Memory Channels:8DDR4 (Eight Channel)
Max Memory Size:2048GB
8 x DIMM, Max. 2048GB, DDR4 3200/3000/2933/2800/2666/2400/2133 MHz ECC and Non-ECC, buffered and Un-buffered, U-DIMM, R-DIMM, and 3DS R-DIMM Memory*
8 Channel Memory Architecture
I want to start with 512GB (4 128 memory modules) and add four more for a total of 1TB.

I want to use 8 Channels memory modules only.

Thanks in advance for your information.

Best Regards.

That is one beefy motherboard to say the least.

According to Asus Manual it supports up to 2 terabytes of RAM Memory:

But what I really see strange is Asus QVL List for RAM Memory ONLY LIST RAM modules up to 32GB or a total of 256 GB of RAM Memory. Doesn't list anything bigger than 32 GB RAM Modules. Since the Motherboard support 256GB Ram Modules you would think they would list those RAM modules also.

So I can see why you are asking if anyone has used 1 Terabyte of RAM in that motherboard and if it worked correctly.

Personally I would ask Asus Support directly which RAM Modules of 128GB are compatible with that motherboard.

EDIT: I did find at Crucial RAM Memory one set of 4x128GB that is compatible with your motherboard: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/asus/pro-ws-wrx80e-sage-se-wifi#memory

All the rest of Crucial were RAM modules from 4GB to 64GB big.
