for a long time ive been experiencing stuttering in a lot of games but recently I started playing fortnite and it sometimes feel really smoothand sometimes feel really laggy. My 1% lows are dropping in random moments.Ive been trying to find soluting everywhere but nothing works. All settings are on low and performence mode. DX11. In BIOS xmp and above 4G decoding, Re-size Bar support are turned on.
