Hello,

I'm reaching out because I'm having an issue with Bluetooth. Bluetooth seems to act normal generally speaking, but whenever I put the machine under load the Bluetooth has issues. My wireless keyboard won't act properly and if I'm gaming my controller will get all wonky. 

Is this a known issue or is this a problem with the machine? 

I have reached out to their typical support and they had me update the BIOS and I've already updated all the drivers and software. 

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you

Ask the laptop maker support, and/or their community forum for any known issues with your w/less kb/m, b/t combo.
