Купил Ноутбук HP 17-ak025ur 17.3”/E2-9000/128 ГБ/4 ГБ/AMD R2/DVD-RW/DOS/черный (2CP39EA), установил Win 7, не определяются USB 3.0, питание к ним подходит, это показывает свечение индикатора на флешке. Но флешка не видна. USB 2 работает.

Windows 7 doesn't have native USB 3.0 Drivers. You must install the USB 3.0 drivers. USB 3.0 is compatible with USB 2.0 and earlier. But USB 2.0 is not compatible with USB 3.0 devices.

I went to HP Support and inputted your Laptop model. It shows the same specs you posted but with FreeDOS Operating System.HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support

But when I go to HP Support for Drivers download, it only shows Windows 10 drivers only: HP Notebook - 17-ak025ur - Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

Here is the latest APU Driver for your laptop from AMD Support: APU​.

This seems to be the correct AMD CHIPSET that will install Windows 7 USB 3.0 driver in your laptop: Legacy .

Someone like kingfish​ who is very knowledgeable with Windows 7 OS might be able to assist you.

I know you have to configure Radeon Settings.

Not too much you can do with laptop settings except

1. Computer Power Plan to "High Performance"

2. Assign the high performance graphics  Configuring Laptop Switchable Graphics on a Windows® Based System | AMD
