Ryzen 3700x + X370 Crosshair Hero VI with 7201 Bios Failure

Good afternoon! I bought the 3700x with the hope of Upgrade guaranteed. I asked Asus support in Brazil for details about 3gen support, it was confirmed with support from Bios No. 7002. I upgraded to the last bios announced by Asus (7202 - Combo 1.0.0.2). I ran tests with my Ryzen 1700 and it works normal. When replacing the processor with the 3700x, the PC connects but does not load Bios, presenting only QCode 7. Could anyone help me?

Try looking to AMD Reddit. I have found some good troubleshooting for similar motherboard CPU combos in there.

I have the Same ASUS Board, mine worked with both BIOS 7106, and now 7202.

All I can think is to try and flash the last bios again using the Flash Back process.

You need to put the bios file on a usb stick, name it C6H (leave the .CAP)

There is one usb port on the back you need to have the usb plugged into, then press and hold the BIOS Flash button in the rear io panel until it flashes.See this link: How to use USB BIOS Flashback? | Official Support | ASUS USA
