It has built in Vega 8 graphics - how does that perform?
What games/applications do you want to run?
What resolution?
Here is a review: Ryzen CPU with VEGA Graphics ONBOARD! - YouTube
It recommends 720p High or 1080p low graphics settings.

If you want to go with AMD then I would wait to see if new Gaming Bundle similar to Raise the Game or Raise the Game Fully Reloaded or 50th Anniversary bundle. I think a new bundle will be released.
A three month Xbox Game Pass for PC  doesnt cost much maybe ~ $15 if you want to try that out.

There are some premiium games on Xbox Game Pass for PC such as Metro Exodus so it is useful to try games out.
However the games are locked down so much and encrypted you cannot use ReShade or Game Modding.
I would not purchase any of those games on Xbox Game Pass for PC.

If you look for an AMD GPU there have been some very good deals on PowerColor RX580, PowerColor Vega 56 Red Dragon. There are some nice looking 2 slot high Asrok RX590 which still sell with free game + XBOX Game Pass for PC.
An PowerColor RX570 with game bundle was amazing value - practically free if you wanted those games anyhow.

Thanks.

Hi.

Later on in the above review they add a discrete GPU - a GTX 1050Ti.
Here are a couple of AMD GPU to compare:
RX560 is slower according to this:

RX570 is faster according to this:

There are newer Nvidia GPU like GTX1660 that you may want to consider as well.

Hope that helps you out.

Bye.

Hi,

Any RX570 should be fine. They should all pretty much work the same based on my experience / reading reviews etc.

I would just find the best deal, preferably with a Raise the Game deal or a real free game or SSD or headset etc included. That way an RX570  GPU is almost "free".

One thing to think about though.

Most RX570 only have 4GB GDDR5 VRAM memory.
That should be fine for 1080p gaming and 2K gaming at lower settings for reasonable frame rates.

There are 8GB models as well though. You might want to consider if you want to pay extra for 8GB of VRAM.
Looking at prices it seems if you need the 8GB of VRAM, you may as well buy an RX580 8GB.

Do not pay premium for "factory overclocked" versions of RX570/580.

There are some RX580 8GB "factory overclocked" cards that are more expensive than PowerColor Vega 56 Red Dragon. A reference Vega 56 will beat any RX580 8GB.

Good luck with selecting your GPU.

Bye.

RX580 or 1050ti would do well

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS

1050ti?  Why recommend that when the RX 570 is MUCH faster and cheaper in price?
