unfortunately for encoding with Radeon cards, it seems that my R5 2400G is using the Zen+ cores to render which tells me my Vega cores are being ignored.
My GTX 1060 has 9 CU and only 1 is used by NVENC for rendering
Thank you for response. I know the problem. It looks like Radeon VII not support encode video from Canon C200. It works great with other 4K files.
I have 4K video from my iPhone so I have lots of experience with editing
I use Avid rather the Adobe for video editing
